Your Funeral Arranger will introduce you to a wealth of services for help all aspects of your funeral day, and will ensure that all the personal touches that you need to make your day a special one will be present for youright down to choosing the type of songs and hymns that you will want on the day.
This can include all details such as colour schemes, floral arrangements, wide choice of coffins and caskets, sourcing a venue for the after service gathering; the list is endless.We can also pre plan and design the funeral Order of Service for you, giving you that very important gift of 'time' to find all the choices that you require without the usual panic and confusion that is normally present when a loved one dies, particularly suddenly.

Letter of Wishes
Many people would like to take the first steps towards making funeral plans for the future, but are worried about the costs.
An inexpensive way of having all your funeral wishes outlined that can be kept safely until the time of need is to create a Letter of Wishes.
This is a typed document of both your proposed plans and itemisation of the associated costs that details all your requests for the day. This can be discussed with our Funeral Arrangers, and can be purchased independently from a pre paid funeral plan, but also comes as an automatic service with any of our pre paid funeral plans.

Appointment times and locations to suit you
Appointments to discuss your individual needs can be made either at our centrally located South London offices or in the comfort of your own home, caring facility or even whilst in hospital.
We have a versatile range of appointments to suit all needs, with our latest being 7pm on weekdays and 5pm at the weekend.
Once all your plans have been agreed, we will give you a detailed typed document of all your wishes to share with your loved ones. Should you require, if they live away from you, then we will send them their own individual copy of your wishes by special delivery post, so that they are fully aware of your wishes when the time comes.
